Our PVA students can receive, up to three hours of performing or visual artistic assessment with possible coachings, advice on summer arts programs, plus prescreen, audition, and portfolio assistance from an Arts Advisory Board (AAB) member.

A quick consult to confirm your application and existing Personal Insight Questions topics and essays, discuss your choice of major and schools, and discuss how best to present your circumstances

Review of all Application material sent to BFE prior to the meeting.

90-minute meeting with an advisor to review material and answer questions and concerns.

Written summary of suggestions and feedback following the meeting.

UC Application Support - $1,100

Complete support in filling out the US application from choosing a major, writing about your activities, and revising your Personal Insight Questions

This package includes up to five in-person(Zoom) meetings.

• Meeting 1: Review the transcript and other information submitted prior to the meeting. Make a plan for choosing majors and information to include on the application

• Meeting 2: Writing and revising the activities for the UC app

• Meeting 3: Choosing a topic and brainstorming ideas for the Personal Insight Questions

• Meeting 4: Revising and editing the Personal Insight Questions.

• Meeting 5: Reviewing and submitting the applications

CSU Application Support - $350 (+$100 for each additional meeting as needed)

One 60-minute meeting to review the application process and answer questions and concerns.

UC and CSU Combined Applications

Combine any level of support for the US and CSU applications and receive a 10% discount for each plan

Five-hour blocks of time to work with college advisors or with visual and performing artists on portfolio/audition-based applications.  This can include artistic assessment with possible coachings, advice on summer arts programs, pre-screen, audition, and portfolio assistance. $1300
